Roamer Marine Inc. has partnered with Great Outdoor Cottages to bring to the market a quality and affordably houseboat option that can be produced in a reasonable time frame. Uniting Roamer's years of experience in the marine industry with GOC's experience in quality manufacturing we can create an unmatched product when compared to current offerings on the market. Initially, we will offer a single bedroom 14'x40' floating cottage with a 15'x50' two bed two bath and upper deck option later this year. These units will start as low as $120,000 and have a lead time as little as 8 weeks.

Starting at $120,000 plus delivery, this model has all the basics you need to have a home on the water. Designed with all internal plumbing and tanks to help you extend your season in colder climates.
